It integrating the automatic bottle flushing, filling and capping (screwing), with short route, uneasy bottle falling, low fault rate and high efficiency. It achieves automations in the whole process, is compact in structure, stable in running and convenient in operation, which reduces the number of operators and saves the placement space.
Filling machine adopts the German filling technology of intelligent valve, which is fast in filling speed and ## in dose. The whole machine adopts Japanese SMC pneumatic components, American imported sensors, Germany Simens PLC or Japanese Mitsubishi industrial programmable controller for the ## of the whole running. All parameters can be adjusted conveniently. Non-contact quantitative filling is adopted, ## valve mouth has no leakage, and the lower wine mouth is equipped with defoaming device which is stable without foaming in filling.
It assimilates ## technology of the similar Germany and Italy products and combines the high-performance quantitative filling machine voluntarily developed as per the national conditions of China. It is mainly used for the quantitative filling without gas and liquid, and adapts to the manufacturers of white spirit, health care wine, medicinal liquid, etc.
